Our extremely comfortable pillow inserts are made in the USA and we have sizes currently 16" X 16" and 12" X 18" and are filled with down and feather.
 
Fluff in dryer for 3 minutes to bring to desired fluffiness.
 
We also have pillow inserts for our surgical pillows that are specifically for heart surgery patients, C-Section patients and for anyone having surgery in the abdomen area in our listings that include a variety of themed pillow cases such as dragonflies, Rt. 66, floral designs etc.
